About Gary Holland |

Since then, Gary has been devoted to his artwork. Subject matter focuses on Native American culture which he feels a special affinity for, perhaps because his grandmother is full-blooded Seneca. Inspired by the beauty of the mountains, rivers, and wide-open spaces that is ‘Montana’, he paints the wildlife and western scenes that are so near. Seven years ago, Gary met Vicky. She was on a summer hiatus from her work as a real estate agent in Bellevue, Washington. Touched by Gary’s artwork, her energy and marketing expertise soon launched them both into the world of art. After taking Gary’s art class in 1996, Vicky discovered that she really did have a functioning right brain and has managed to develop her own loyal art following. In 1999, they purchased the Old Pray Bar, and the following year began construction on a beautiful gallery that is attached to the historic old bar. In 2001, the gallery opened and is a delight to all those discovering this ‘art oasis’ in the middle of Paradise Valley. |
